Describe your personality and character: I am very outgoing and silly. I love to laugh and cheer people up. I am told I am always smiling and that I am witty and clever. I am a great listener and am honest.
How do you think others would describe you? I think my friends would say that I am always there for them, that I am smart and unique, that I always look on the positive side and I always follow my heart and encourage others to do the same.
What would you say is your strongest personal trait and why? I would say that I am loyal; I stick by people and make life long friends. I don’t like short term relationships for fair weather friends.
What is your favorite sport? Surfing!!
Describe your own athletic ability/skills: Surfing, I work out 5 times a week, I am in advanced Yoga and Pilates classes, I love riding my bike at the beach, hiking, walking on the sand. If something is close enough, I always prefer to walk rather than drive.
What is your favorite type of music? Classic Rock, reggae, folk, jazz, old punk rock music… I love all music.
Why is this your favorite type? Music is in my soul, I feel very passionate about all types of music!
Describe your own musical abilities/skills: Unfortunately, I can’t carry a tune but I still love to sing. I do not play any instruments but I have thought about taking guitar lessons.
Describe any other special talents, skills, hobbies or interests you may have: I have tons of hobbies and I love learning new things. I take fun classes with my friends-we have taken cooking classes, belly dancing classes, and I’m even considering guitar lessons. I am extremely good with computers and have even learned how to write computer code for my job.
What is your favorite book? Memoirs of a Geisha and Eat, Pray, Love
Why? The love story in Memoirs of a Geisha is so romantic! I’m a typical girl when it comes to love stories.
What is your favorite movie? The Notebook
Why? Again, the love story!
Describe your own artistic abilities/skills: I can paint and draw, I love to sketch and I actually get paid to create art as a graphic artist.
Have you had any unique travel experiences that you feel have helped shape your way of thinking and/or the way you live your life?
I have been very lucky to be able to travel to many different countries and tropical locations. My mom is an avid scuba diver and underwater photographer and I have been lucky enough to tag along to: Thailand, Indonesia, Bali, Lombock, Fiji, the Virgin Islands, Grand Cayman, The Bahamas, Costa Rica, and all the Hawaiian Islands. I think being able to see these different cultures has definitely shaped who I am. I plan to continue to travel for the rest of my life.
Have you had any unique educational experiences? I have taken some art classes aside from my general college classes and learned a lot about the history of art and new techniques.
Have you had any unique experiences with volunteer work? I volunteer once a week with a group called Senior Smiles, where I work with senior citizens with dementia. I love volunteering with them and learning about their wonderful pasts. I did take a break for a while because the senior I was visiting on a regular basis passed away and I had a hard time with it. I am also volunteering at “Soldiers’ Angels”. I have adopted two soldiers that are fighting the war in Iraq. I send them each one letter per week and one care package per month.
If you were given enough funds to spend one year of your life to engage in any recreational, political, religious/spiritual, or other endeavor of particular importance to you, what would you choose to do? I would take a spiritual journey to travel! To learn about other cultures, taste foods from all over the world, swim in every ocean, and meet people from all over the world. |

What is your philosophy on life? Live each day to the fullest and smile at everyone because sometimes when you’re having a bad day, if you see someone smiling and enjoying theirs, it puts you in a better mood.
How did you come to have this philosophy on life? I just don’t want to use my energy being negative or pessimistic, I think we make a conscious decision every day how we are going to act and feel and I choose to be happy!
What is your ultimate goal and ambition in life? I want to get married and find love and happiness, I want to have a dog, a husband and a house near the beach. I want to create art and travel.
How do you plan on achieving this goal? Working hard and meeting people and saving lots of money to eventually buy that house near the beach.
Why do you want to be an egg donor? I want to give someone the gift of family. I can’t imagine what it would be like to want children more than anything in the world and not being able to do that. I think that if I can help someone create the life and the family they want, I can learn and grow too. Sometimes the people who are meant to be parents more than anyone else are the ones who have the mot trouble and that is extremely sad.
What do you think egg donation means to potential recipients? EVERYTHING!!! They need me to be healthy and active because part of me will be a part of them. I see it as scary and exciting and I will do anything to make it an easier process for them.
What are your thoughts on egg donation as a fertility option? I am for it, 100% supportive for everybody.
